So far my argument is this:

MY TRANSCENDENT NATURALISM; The Right To Occupancy And The Desire OF Nonattachment Of Property version 1e:

Born free
Free as the wind blows
Free as the grass grows
Born free to follow your heart.

INTRODUCTION

I am not a master or a boss, a president, a supervisor, or a business owner I am a low wage restaurant worker of food service. I live to serve others. Since I do not have much money, power, time, transportation and living expenses to attend, far as I know, any job training institution that would help me raise me up a little out of my working poverty I, therefore, must propose economic, social, mental and political ideas that would in fact make money and power much less appealing and disattached. I am stuck with working out my grumblings and grippings of my transcendent naturalism that I feel must be sent somewhere.
My transcendent naturalism can be defined as the state of awareness that everything has in it a determinism, fatalism, fate or habit that is a basic building blocks or foundation for everything. Because we all are apart of some larger then ourselves universe, or environments that there is this determinism between everyone or every social economic class.
Oh, the earth still rotates and moves as it goes around the sun. The moon still has its own orbit. Bats and birds still fly in the air and insects still crawl on the ground of the earth. Our life still beats with a heart and breaths with lungs. Life has its birth and its old age. There are still work places that make or manage materialism with different values or worths. We still go to work and go to a place of rest. There is still names for ideas or things. There is still the great and the small in motion. There is still the same thing every day and nothing appears to drastically change as a whole. It is our outer deterministic environment and our outer moving universe. A state of determinism.
A universe is a community of many known and unknown persons, and what we may call things that are apart of it all. This naturalism can be either a atheistic or humanist or divine recognition because the universe is made up of many parts and these parts do not depend on necessarily on whether one believes in a God or not. For the atheist or humanist, being that universe does not revolve around anyone divine or divine anything, is just a physical universe going through its determined ways. Nature shows that it is, in control. No man can live in this world by themselves. For the person who favors the divine all is all because there is a God behind the all. We are all on a free and nonattached joy ride in this life of the universe in that God we trust. If God is within you then one's burdens and problems are also with him.
This world and this universe, this nature is a stage or movie in which we are in and it moves us all. This awe inspiring mysterious plan. Man is made humble and a made a stranger within the world or the universe he lives. Man lives as a stranger with his nonattached observation of outside life. Man lives in a environment of nature in which man seeks the meaning of life. What is the meaning of all this? What is the meaning of all the relationships? This meaning of life is our relationship with the people, neighbors, animals, ideas, matter, time, energy, spaces, spirit, and our divine realities. If you think about it everything has a relationship with everything else and this relationship is the real meaning of being alive and growing. What makes up a relationship is individuals and minds belonging to no one, in which, everyone and everything is free in theie spaces to be themselves: a individual, a mind of it's own. We are all a part of the whole and the whole makes up the all. We are all on and in a stage of nature and its wonders will never cease to be. As Shakespeare says in his play "As you like it",

"All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances;"

And John Locke tells us in his "The Second Treatise of Goverment" chapter II OF The
State Of Nature: For Men being all the Workmanship of one Onimipotent, and infinitely
wise Maker; All the servants of one Sovereign Master; sent into the World by his order
and about his business, they are his property, whose Workmanship they are, made to
last during his , not one anothers Pleasures.
(John Locke English political philsopher 1689)

Nonattachment To Property Or Not To Covet Property

Every man requires food to eat to fill a hungry stomach and water to quench his thirst of his body. Everyone has got to eat and must eat. The question is here why must man hunger and thirst? Why do the stars consume hydrogen? Why does everything be so wanting to grow and maintain it's self? Because every man, everything, secure in their forest home, is in debt to their environment, dependent on their environment, and in debt to themselves. Meals are made and then meals are gone. I owe, I hunger and become dissatisfied so off to work I go. It is the natural state of things.

Henry David Thoreau in 1854 in his book Walden talks about debt,
"It is very evident what mean and sneaking lives many of you live, for my sight has been whetted by experience; always on the limits, trying to get into business and trying to get out of debt, a very ancient slough, called by the Latins aes alienum, another's brass, for some of their coins were made of brass; still living, and dying, and buried by this other's brass; always promising to pay, promising to pay, tomorrow, and dying today, insolvent; seeking to curry favor, to get custom, by how many modes, only not state-prison offences; lying, flattering, voting, contracting yourselves into a nutshell of civility or dilating into an atmosphere of thin and vaporous generosity, that you may persuade your neighbor to let you make his shoes, or his hat, or his coat, or his carriage, or import his groceries for him; making yourselves sick, that you may lay up something against a sick day, something to be tucked away in an old chest, or in a stocking behind the plastering, or, more safely, in the brick bank; no matter where, no matter how much or how little.".

Being as I am, I cannot help having a easier time of perceiving most property as not own by me then my ego perceiving that it owns anything. When property is for everyone to use, to comfort, to support themselves it is common property and when property is to be used, to give comfort, to give support to one person or to a select group it is private property. When property is in common I do not own it and when property is for someone else or other persons to use I do not own it. In fact, I have to work to keep any property that belongs or is managed by me in a rental apartment and as long as I have to owe rent I cannot afford to own to manage any land to put my property on; if got a mortgage for a house it would still mean that I would have to work for the house until it was paid for. If I did own a house it would have to be repaired, maintained and managed this would require my money and time. One's property takes money, time and space to have and take care of and have a space to be used thus making one a like a slave to it especially if one still owe something to it, or owes something on it. One's labor becomes one's slavery to materialism. I have to face every month the fact that I have to pay bills that make me a non owner. There is always someone wanting some money or payment from me that proves to be that they are ,also, resource lonely and thus a non owner, a borrower, or a owee.

Once one brings private stuff to there place of rest, or work it becomes a item that one likes to toy with. Our stuff identifies what we are. All this private stuff that we do not eat or drink or consume is like toys because we like to work or use the stuff. Seen in this way our place of rest or our work place is a toyland of our making. What we make and touch with our hands and our labor are ideas or creations that becomes toys that we use, support, comfort and play with. You may say that you made it and therefore, it is yours; of your making and it is yours but it is only a particular toy that anybody can use or borrow or buy once it is out of your management and play area. The only way that property can be yours totally own is by making your body cyborg where all the gadgets are attached and joined to you as long as you live wherever you are. This can be funny if you like screwdrivers for fingers, eyes for cameras and monitors, and ears as communication devices. Unless you are a cyborg, there is no property outside your body that is all yours. All property is that is outside of the body is property that you come in contact with that one respects as yours to manage, respect as possibly thiers to manage or respect as thiers to manage. This respect and autonomy in a determine environment for your's or my toys is the nonattachment to property.
With a recognition that there is a God or a environment that is greater then one's self comes the responsibility to be free and strong to take whatever God or the environment sends our way. This responsibility and freedom is a self reliance and a self sufficiency that comes by growing to be a man or woman that works and survives with nature so as to use what is available and provide for one's self as much as possible.
This meaning of life is our relationship with the people, neighbors, animals, ideas, matter, energy, spirit, and our divine realities. Every relationship is in a natural state of change and motion so that things have a past, present and future. Every relationship has with it state of memory. Everything has a relationship with everything else and this relationship is the real meaning of being alive and growing. What makes up a relationship is individuals or minds belonging to no one, in which, everyone is free and is moved to be themselves: a individual, a mind of it's own.
What belongs; what is left to everyone is a place or a space to be at. This space can be called one's living space, in which, no one is able to be in your space at the same time and place. What is your home is your space to put your materialism in and your space to rest in. And when one move's outside of one's home one travels to work or somewhere or one occupies spaces that is yours as you travel on to your occupation of work or somewhere. Ownership, in spite of what is popular, is not just buying and selling as one may believe. What ownership is, is occupying spaces that are yours by nature right of being and then bringing in those things into your living spaces. Thus ownership is only a matter of occupancy and respecting other peoples or everyone's spaces. And this is the beginning kinder garden school of ethics where everyone learned and respected that your spaces are your places where your tools or toys belong. The right to breath and occupy a space as a living being is a natural right to one's life. Respect individuality or lose reality. If I was invisible no one would be able to see me where ever I may be and there would be no relationships to do any comparison with me. It would then not matter where my stuff would hide if they were invisible too. Oh, you may be able to smell me or my stuff but all you could see a place with nothing seen so you may say that it smells. Oh, you may hear me and yet say that you hear voices, that it is a ghost or some one from a afar. Oh, I may touch you yet you may say its something moving in the air that did the touching. This nonattachment to people and their property is all our understanding of our perception of space with our limited senses. Imagine people and things are invisible and then there is nothing to have a relationship with all that there is left is a space and a place. And It can feel wrong when someone makes one pay for occupancy relationship thus paying rent and mortgages can infringes on one's personal space by having to really pay to be in you space.
Now, here I quote the bible in Deuteronomy 5:21: Niether shalt thou desire thy neighbor's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbor's house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbors'

MYSTERY OF CULTURE

Your culture you do not own because you cannot own culture but one becomes a part of the culture one picks to be in. What is common for all people cannot be own by all people.

MYSTERY OF POLITICS OR What IS THAT SOCIOLOGY.

Politics is your relationship with everything that is bigger then yourself. It is a relative relationship with everything that is relative to one's ego. The many ways in which one participates in this relationship becomes one's social institutions. This means that buildings do not make up a institutions, it is everything living and not living and how one relates to them as living human beings. The living is what is everything that participates in biological relationship. The not living is, of course, matter/energy that relates in exchanges of energy into matter and matter into energy. The not living has the energized circles, or ideas of all intelligence that make up the universe. Outside of one's shelter there is the shelter of the universe. Man is very tiny compared to the universe in which he lives in. The universe and everything living and non living is nature. One should not be surprised that nature being the being of everything reminds us in its awe inspiring ways that it is your main body politic too and the main political institution. It is nature that supplies everything one needs not some men claiming that he can give everything you need from it. It is when a human business institution becomes successful that the owner can in all means a materialistic god being able to dictate to the poor so as to turn them into only a biological machine. This makes the rich look very haughty and out of touch with everything that goes on because the rich man becomes a inhuman capitalistic god. While the working poor turns into a de human; almost worthless and low as a trash bag full of junk. Freedom comes not by owning, but by owning nothing. The absence of force of occupancy leaves spaces for others to move in.

ECONOMIC IS MYSTERIOUS

Economics is the just another form of politics. While politics seeks popularity or the popular vote for a politician to get himself elected. Economics seeks to have a system where everyone votes with dollars and cents for the products and services one desires to have. When one thinks about this comparison it becomes plain that most everything is a popularity contest. No person or business is without its own get out the votes campaign. It is vote for you or it is a vote for business that one seeks to become economically prosperous. In this world of earth we have the people who claim to own resources, and property and then we have the people who owe those who claim to own resources and property. Those who claim that they own things claim that they can control what they own or what they possess. Those who owe those who claim ownership do not own that which they still have to pay on. So that the one's who owe for a property become not owners of the property until the property is paid in full. Thus a borrower becomes a not owner of a property. A borrower becomes the manager of what they got by borrowing because they do not own yet what they borrowed to get. Thus the economic system has in place a philosophy of non ownership. The rich need the working poor and the working poor need the rich. The rich make the working poor feel like they are the machines of the earth. Even if there is light at the end of a tunnel it is will be the rich who will get there first and make the working poor owe their way through the whole thing. This is why when a working man looks at a economic path he may wonder where it goes being that it is a path somewhere and that path is most likely to cost him dearly. It is not any fun being apart of the many hardships of the working poor. Everything one poor man buys with one's hard earned votes of cash could be lost with just a wrong word at the wrong time to some guest or manager.

ENERGY IS MYSTERIOUS

A. The mystery of Energy
One can find solutions for man's many problems by following natures example by keeping things simple. If I believe in God then I believe in his love and his goodness and I therefore, depend on his naturalness to feel at home in the universe. Everything on Earth is given to us by God in trust. A natural trust. All property is something we are entrusted with. A natural trust. If one want to find solutions for a energy problem one can look at the problem and say there is the solution. If God made it possible that we have electronics then there must be a way to power them without the loss of self reliance and humanity. It is only that we do not allow the natural solutions to be that there become no solutions. The mystery of natural electricity is all around. If you seen a thunder storm and seen the lightning shoot down from the clouds as if from nowhere. May be you have also have ask these questions about lightning? How does lightning come about? Are the clouds some kind of battery discharging unlimited electricity? Does not everything have some kind of electrical charge? Another mystery is the unseen unlimited power of radio waves. One can make even now a radio that runs not on batteries or a radio that does not plug into a wall electrical socket. This radio is a crystal AM radio. A radio that runs on nothing but radio waves. It would be nice if there was a radio that could tune into the whole electromagnetic spectrum and refine the spectrum into electricity. But oh, there is none. It is a mystery. Another mystery is a ac generator that it some how keeps moving alternating current even though we convert/use/refine it into all kinds of electrical uses. Energy is used but the generator does not run down like a battery as long as the natural magnets are moving in some fashion like a motor. In fact, a electric motor is a electric generator and a electric generator is a electric motor. When electricity is powering a electric generator it becomes a electric motor and when a electric motor is hooked up so that magnetic fields move elections it becomes a electric generator. The mystery here is why doesn't the generator run out of electrons like a battery since there is only so many in all those wires. It is a mystery. Why is it there is no such thing as a electric generator/electric motor? It is a mystery. I mention the above as we need to have a sustainable natural energy. We could be using free energy, alternative energy: a energy that can only be a blessing to all alike I like to see a natural trust.

THE MYSTERY OF INSTITUTIONAL LEARNING

When I see a college, a tech school or university build another building when the need for accessibility and costs of job training continues to rise. I question the need of such a building that will only be used part of the day or left not being used most of the time. I question building another job training guide building when other buildings in a community could be used instead. I question building another job training building when a educational institution does not need buildings to be a educational institution. The only buildings a education institution may really need are the sign up for classes and student aide job tour building, The community muti-use prep rally, invite, get involve and get ready to work for others auditorium building, the Job training library and rent or buy book store buildings and the job project and job demonstration museum.
A building does not make a place for job training. One can get rid of the idea of all of the centralized buildings of a educational institution and replace them with a message board like a nature trail. This tract of land could be designated as zoned as recreational/educational park. It would be used to communicate and educate everyone about some form of this transcendent naturalism. It would be zone to be used to get and direct people to places and other buildings to meet, learn and grow. Without a centralized educational institution Job training or classes could be in any building even in a teachers or a students home or garage. Present day technology should be used to the best interest and education of the common people. If a teacher has a computer with a personal computer camera the teacher could have classes on a text book anywhere in the world. If computers are available a teacher does not need to be in a class room as much to teach a course or curriculum. A teacher could have classes in his or her home with a camera on a desk top. Text books could be put on the Internet and downloaded to students for a fee so that students no longer will have to carry books to and fro from a building the text books would be available on the Internet to be used by anyone who will pay the fee. All text books can be put on the Internet through a computer scanning devices and by typing them into a computer then having a them transferred to a web site.
What education buildings are needed in the United States are dormitories for the working poor could learn to better their community and the world. When there is not any job training due to no tech school or community college dormitories or real place for living expenses it means that there is no resource for the working poor to have a future or making a better future. My frustration with the United states is the unavailability of a free living place for better living and learning gives me not much hope for future. I must bring attention to this problem because I am a part of the problem. A problem that will not go away because there is no educational institutional dormitories that works for those who need it the most in the United States in 2006.
I knew of one arts community college in United states in Florida that offered a dormitory but then kick it them out into the community after one year. I suppose that would be fine if there were living expenses to continual their A.S. Degree in Arts. Being that it was only a Arts community college so I knew that it could not help me out of my working poverty. So I now ask where are the buildings, campgrounds or farms to live for free while a poor person studies to improve himself. Where is the one living place that is need to get that job training here in the U.S.A today. There is not many or enough that I am for sure.

THE RELATIVE LAND WE STAND ON

A. Land as real property can not be owned. The mystery of land use.

The ideal desire of not owning land can be traced as far back as Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. In the Garden of Eden God own the land not man. It was predetermined that God created everything and so no man owns anything. The notion that one can own what is not used under the earth and above the earth is pointless and useless. All man can do was to manage the earth he lives on. In the new testiment in the Cristian Bible, "Jesus has said it is very hard for the rich to go to heaven". Jesus also taught us the lord prayer in which there is mentioned, Our father in heaven, and THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE on Earth as it is in HEAVEN. For THINE IS POWER, AND THE GLORY FOREVER. And in Matthew 19:14 we read Jesus said, "'Let the little children come to me and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs." Children do not own the earth they stand on and children do not own heaven but it is the kingdom of heaven that belongs to the children. How can we own the land we stand on? All the birds; all the bees claim no more then their nests so that they can rests and feed there young. Yet, man thinks himself better than the animals by claiming more then a home to roost. If good is so good then why must man have so much pain of land relationships with every idea or thing under our sun. How can a tract of land be a property that can be yours only. How can we own the earth, the planets, the moons, or the stars, the sun. We cannot possess nature or land. We cannot own a word or a name of a civilization, environment or territory. We can only use it and name it.
Lets say that you now some how have the deed to the sun and that people now owe you for the warmth and light it gives to the earth. And that you now own the moon that makes the tides of the oceans so that people now has to pay you for the tidal motions and the glowing moon. Oh, such power by the title one person owning of our solar system and you would be a capitalist god and all would have to worshiped your desires for you would be the owner of everything. Luckily, for us a tract of land does not mean that it is possessed or held by you. It can only be a privileged for you to be used. A individual can only belonging to a shelter, city, state or system that a individual is in. Any environment does not belong to the one person or people but since people live and breath in a environments the environments, indeed, holds the people, the people belong to the environments. A building on the land in a environment can be own because a building can be moved but the land the building is on cannot be just lifted up every bit and moved. People do, in fact, own property that they can some how pick up but land though can only be pushed around. I cannot throw a whole tract of land, the sun or the moon at you or you cannot throw a whole tract of land, the sun or the moon at me. Thou cannot have other materialistic gods.
How can anyone own the land and yet, everywhere you walk someone owns where you walk, where you move, where you can talk, in fact, there is almost no private land now where you can do anything without one person able to have power over what you do on there land. You may think that your stuff and your self have a space in a place that you rent or a place you got by a loan is yours but as long as you do not have a place you control for you or your stuff you do not have a place; you do not belong anywhere. And if you own a piece of land once you are off your private land you will find that you own nothing outside of what is on your land. You do not own the land that is of your neighbors and your neighbors do not own the land that is yours. What this means is that our freedom is under dictatorships of individual land owners. You can set up your own dictatorship by owning your land but then once you are off your land you have lost your rights that you may value. Someone else somewhere can make you their willing puppet and all they have to do is say you are on my land and you shall pay what I ask for using it or to walk on it. Now who's land is it you stand on? Is it God's or is it a human trying to be God.
What is the remedy for this illusion of owning nature or the land of real property. We must share the land. Land use is in reality land sharing. This cannot be avoided by the fact that land must be available for every man to use. Man must have a place to sleep, a place to eat, a place to communicate, a place to be entertained, a place to get food, a place to work to help fellow human beings. Every man has to have a place to live and grow and this requires the relative sharing of land. Thou cannot covet any land. Land control, land sharing private or public is of two types that I can think of: The Selfish possessive economic social contract , and the unselfish economic social contract. Selfish economic is the one that we used most today. It makes is easy to divide the haves from the have nots. The rich, the middle, and the poor. It makes it easy to divide the popular woods, fields, lots from the unpopular woods, fields and lots. Harry cannot do anything without owing a Joe for land that he pretends to own by his control, rule and prosperity. The poor Harry has no place to die because he has not the money for a grave site. The poor Harry has to work for money to breath on, and live on any land. The poor Harry must be a slave to every Joe, land owner, that claims a piece of land for his very own. The unselfish economic social contract is the one that faces the fact, faces the trust that no one person can possible control land all by himself because everyone has the natural right to use land to live. This right everyone inherits by nature of being born free to live and grow. And because our land is your land we share the common land trust, we share the common universal trust that not one human being, not one bird or bee could hold land like playing with a ball. With this trust contract Harry and Joe would have free land to be die on and be buried in. And Poor Harry would not need to pay Joe for breathing on land and living on land. Land would be in a Trust and land would be a test for a trust. It would be understood that a low wage worker contributes to a community just as much as a higher paid worker and that each has the right to the free use of land that is in trust for everyone to use.

B. How to divide to share Land, the natural transcendent way. The mystery of land division.

If one takes the unselfish realization of land use to be a fact then there need to be tests to implemented; then there must be a way to divide and control land without the injustice and ignorance of that living requires land to be used by all. Most cities have business, commercial, residential zones which can be declared to be free land belonging to no one private or public. Buildings and improvements would have to a value to be taxed and appraised. If a building gets bull dozed by a city the land becomes up first up for a lottery to be divided between the public or private land management. If a building gets bull dozed by the building owner the land would stay in the building owners watch to be redeveloped after some time. The whole idea is to keep the right to use land one for all and all for one since no one can hold a territory. There is a problem mystery with this land trust idea when it comes to the counties land. Farmers and other large land users compete for land use. The problem is the more land a farmer controls the more profit he would make. How does one divide the country side so it would be equal value for farmers and non farmers alike. There would have to be grandfather in farm zones that could not be changed unless a lottery for a portion of land is called for by the farmer. There would be no self interest to give land up for other types of land management creating more problems of land division but a tract of land that is not used after some time for farming or other large land uses could be lotteried off and divided by popular vote to be used for other free land uses if desired. There is a need between the rich and poor to communicate for every economic class has its resources needs.

SO LONG

As one looks at another human being one sees someone like oneself. Since one must in fact love one's individual self one should love others as oneself because they resemble oneself. Nothing, not things, not land, nor any place is important as people. This putting people first means giving of one's self to live for others because we make up humanity. To not give to live would mean putting things first and not people. It is a very interesting and meaningful life when one works for others as one's self. It is a very boring and meaningless life without working for others. The loving of your neighbor as oneself results in unselfishness, truthfulness, and uncovetness. If one loves everyone as one self then the result will be that things and places are not as important as people. Just materialism does not bring us close to the real purpose of every day life. It is a natural desire when one love's one's humanity that the land or earth that we live on is just as much as yours as it it mine. Seeing that land is for everyones use one desires that the land be not owned by anyone because it is shared and used by everyone. A Understanding that land must be first not be desired to be not owned by anyone. Land not owned by anyone is not coveting any land. Land own by no one with respect becomes land that is free for everyone to use. Our Freedom, our freed land is only as free as the land is allowed to be. If land was not own by anyone then there could be no coveting of land. The ownership of land brings problems of inequality that causes us to forget our very common humanity. We must not forget our relationships in the universe is the real meaning of life. Everyone is equal before God. It is our relationships and our ethical or moral ideals that brings heaven on earth. Faith in ourselves and others is important if one is to have a peaceful relationships. The family of man must be seen as fact and not fiction.
With this my transcendent naturalism I combined the ethos that one should not have materialism as a God with the ethos of not coveting a neighbors land. That ultimately nature and with it human knowledge will remain a constant companion and a mystery.
Sincerely
Collis Huntington @copyright 2006
